Floor, Al Quoz Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We," "Our," "Us," "PRICEOFCAR"). These

Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") set out the rules for accessing and using the Site.

By using or visiting these Buyer or Seller Terms and Conditions, you signify your

understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") for

AUCTIONS ORGANIZING LLC ("PRICE OF CAR"), including www.priceofcar.ae (the "Site").

post any content or exchange of buyer/seller contact details on social media platforms like

Facebook, Twitter, google plus, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., apart from our company website.

PRICE OF CAR is also free to use any comments, information, reviews/testimonials, or any

other material contained in any communication you may send to us ("Buyer/Seller

Feedback"), including responses to questionnaires/quizzes or any other interactive postings

to the Services / the Site, without further compensation, acknowledgment or payment to you

for any purpose whatsoever. By posting/submitting any Feedback / Submission on the Site,

you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-

licensable license and right in such Feedback / Submission to the Company, including the

right to display, use, reproduce or modify the Feedback / Submission in any media, software

or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. Please do not use the
